Iteluvia is an editorial software studio. We design, build, and advise on systems for ambitious businesses — usually small ones, occasionally larger, never the wrong fit.

[01 — Why we exist]
The software industry has, over the last decade, made small and medium businesses an afterthought.
We started Iteluvia to push back on that
— to give SMEs the kind of considered, design-led product work that's been reserved, for too long, for venture-funded startups and large enterprises.
[02 — Principles]
[01]

Slowness, where it matters

We'd rather take an extra week to get a system right than ship something that costs three months to fix later.

[02]

Plain language

No invented vocabulary, no buzzwords. If we can't explain it to your CEO and your operations manager in the same meeting, we don't understand it well enough yet.

[03]

Skin in the game

We turn down work where we can't materially affect the outcome. If the constraints don't let us do good work, we'll say so.

[04]

A long view

We design for the version of the business that exists three years from now, not the one in the brief. Most software fails because it was right for last quarter.

Engineering Director

Software engineer for over six years. Type systems, infrastructure, and the unglamorous half of product work.

[04 — How to work with us]

We'd like to hear from you.

Most engagements begin with an email — a paragraph or two about what you're building, what's in your way, and what you've already tried. We respond within two working days.

If the fit looks right, we'll suggest a call. If it doesn't, we'll often point you to someone whose work we admire. Either way, we'll give you a straight answer.
